Unique guys. Perhaps that's what this will take. They've clearly been influenced by at least one great thinker from the past, Bastiat. The Law is arguably among the ten most important books ever.

Here’s information you may want to pursue…

Another Jan6 visitor to the Capitol is going to jail 20Dec23.

A st.cloud, florida grandmother charged with trespassing and assault…

Leslie’s husband describes what happened.

On January 6, 2021, my wife Leslie went to DC to show her support for Pres. Trump. She, as those that she traveled with, had no plans to over throw the government of the United

States of America. We both felt that the election had been stolen and we as many others just wanted our voice to be heard. Our sincere belief was that our Congress would see the will of the people and delay the certification of the election until an audit could be carried out.

Leslie was charged by the government for interference with Congress, parading, trespass, assaulting a Policeman, and disobeying a Policeman. All added up to 27.5 years in prison.

First of all, the doors were opened after several men with bullhorns started to rile up the crowd by saying that we had been betrayed by Pence he certified the election, and that we had lost our country.

Leslie did not assault any one. When looking for her friend when they got separated, she went through a doorway looking for her. A Capital policeman stepped in front of her and told her she could not continue. She responded that, "This is the people house and I'm going, step out of the way." Surprisingly he agreed with her and stepped out of the way. (I was watching all of this via her live stream). This is what they deemed an assault. The disobeying charge came when she was shoved over a bench by a crowd and could not get up. She was ordered by a Capital to get up

and leave and she said no. This was the disobeying charge. She was helped up and she left.

Several months later we were visited by the FBI and we obtained the services of an attorney. He wrote the DOJ as well as spoke with someone in charge of the investigation to ascertain what was going to happen. The DOJ was informed that if they were going to charge my wife to let him know and he would arrange a peaceful surrender at the Federal Court house in Orlando.

June 15, 2022 at 6:30 in the morning my home was raided by the FBI, U.S. Marshalls and the Osceola Sheriffs Dept.

Guns drawn as if they were coming after their most wanted vilolent criminal.

AT NO TIME WERE WE SERVED A SEARCH WARRANT

I never saw anything until after they had taken my wife away. When I reentered my home I found them thrown on the couch. At the top of the warrant it stated that it must be handed to the occupants. It must also have specificity as to what they were looking for. This one was completely blank.

Our attorney was in Savannah, Georgia and we made 3 trips to his office to view the video evidence. He said that he was able to see it but each time that we went up he was unable to show us anything.

He would call them and attempt to get into the but still was unable.

To this day we have never seen one video.

I asked the attorney to request a change of venue because of the area of DC being highly liberal. We wee advised that we could not get it. I requested a bench trial, he advised against it. So we asked for some type of plea deal. We were denied at first and then they came with a plea to Obstruction Congress.

Funny how when the judge asked my wife had she been coerced into accepting the plea, my first thought was, "Heck yes"! You did. Were told that either accept this or go to trial and face 27.6 yrs in prison.

So, on Dec 20 She has to turn herself in to serve 12 months and a day for exercising her constitutional rights of regress.

Lara, were you playing devil's advocate when you challenged these guys telling them it was the "most secure election in history". You seem like you are sticking up for the way things went. Is that so?
